This drive is 12 plus hours depending on traffic and weather, so we will be stopping along the way to spend the night.
We will have lunch and dinner on the road at your expense.
Feb 21 Friday
9:00 a.m.
Stay along the way, leave hotel by 9:00 a.m. to insure that we arrive in Nashua, NH in time to settle into our rooms and get reading for the evening’s event.
6:00 p.m.
Check into hotel. Evening event is Sci-Fi theme casual dinner of Pork Loin or Pasta Primavera
Costumes encouraged! Skits and Movie night.

Cost for this trip includes: Passenger van rental, gas, tolls, and hotels for on the way to and back, registration, 3 meals at the event, 2 nights stay at the event. We will only have 10 people per van. If we have more than 10 people sign up and we can fill another van we will do that.
Reservations will be on a first paid deposit basis. Remember this is February, so there will be extra clothing we will need to make room for our suitcases that is why we have limited it to 10 per van. See next sheet for sign up.
